Important Update on Our DYNOJET PV3 & PV4 Custom Tuning Prices
Effective March 1, 2025, we will be increasing the price of our DYNOJET PV3 & PV4 custom tuning service by $120 USD, bringing the total cost of a custom tune to $295 USD (in addition to the cost of the PV3 or PV4 device). While PV3 and PV4 device prices may vary based on DYNOJET's pricing, our custom tuning fee will remain fixed at this new rate.
This will also have that same pricing if you purchase a PV4 or PV3 somewhere else and then come to us for custom tuning. Total price to you at that point would be $295. Whether you purchased from Dynojet or one of our competitors or one of our distributors. Total cost for a custom tune is $295 USD.
LIFETIME FREE TUNING PER VEHICLE PER DEVICE -
In the past when you order a custom tune from us we've always charged half price for any future tuning. This means let's say a year from now you decide to change to different parts like adding a different cam or a different set of headers. We would normally charge you half price of what you paid originally to build you a new tune for those new parts. We will now honor FREE LIFETIME TUNING as long as you own that vehicle with that tuning device on orders after 3/1/25. This means if you change parts down the road you're not going to pay us a thing to build you a new custom tune. Just get a hold of us via email. Let us know what new parts you've added and we will get a new tune made at no additional cost to you and get it sent out to you.
Why Is This Happening?
DYNOJET is now requiring paid access to their Power Core software, which we use to create fully custom tunes. Previously, this software was free for us to use, but starting (3/1/25) March 1, 2025, DYNOJET will charge for access, adding significant costs to our business.
Here’s what you need to know:
You will NOT have to pay extra beyond our custom tuning fee. Once you receive your device with a custom tune from us, you’re set—there are no additional fees for you.
With PV3, we will email your custom tune file directly.
With PV4, we will add the custom tune file directly to your DYNOJET account.
You do not need to purchase access to the tuning software—this cost is on our end.
Unfortunately, this change puts a financial strain on us as a business. The cost of using Power Core is so high that selling just one custom-tuned device doesn’t even cover the expense. We need to sell multiple units before we begin making a profit. We don’t want to raise our prices, but this adjustment is necessary for us to continue offering high-quality, custom-built tunes.
What Makes Our Custom Tuning Different?
Unlike many other tuners who sell generic pre-made “canned” tunes, our custom tuning service offers:
A tune built from scratch based on your bike, modifications, and preferences.
Special requests accommodated, such as adjusting throttle response, speed limits, or even fine-tuning for specific riding styles (e.g., aggressive throttle for burnouts).
Altitude-based adjustments—we customize your tune for the elevation where you ride.
Fuel-specific tuning—we optimize for 91–98 octane or your preferred fuel type.
Some competitors offer free tunes because they are simply repackaging or including DYNOJET's stock tune files, or they are packaging files they may have already made—generic, one-size-fits-all "canned" tunes. That’s not what we do at BLR TUNING. We take the time to build a tune specifically for your bike and your riding needs—a level of customization that sets us apart.

We are deeply frustrated by this price increase and have voiced our concerns to DYNOJET. If things change or if business picks up, we will consider lowering prices again. However, for now, we must adapt to these new costs to keep offering the best tuning solutions available.

WILL THIS EFECT OTHER DEVICES AND OTHER TUNING PRICES ?
This will have NO EFFECT on other DYNOJET tuning devices like PC6, PCV, PCFC, LAUNCH CONTROL ,,, ect...
This will also NOT affect the pricing for custom tuning for these other devices. This only has effect on power vision devices specifically. Like PV3 and PV4 and original power vision.
PV4 - PV3 - FREE Lifetime tuning offer cannot be transferred. This means if you sell the vehicle or the device the lifetime tuning does not move with that vehicle or device. Lifetime tuning is based on Customer Name, Vehicle VIN number, Tuning Device Serial Number. All of this has to match in order for free lifetime tuning to be honored.
